May-juh ‘Sex and the City’ movie casting news: Hollywood Insider regrets to inform you that Victoria “Posh Spice” Beckham was invited to join Carrie Bradshaw and Co. on the big screen, but will not be able to appear in the movie due to scheduling issues. “I got asked to be in the Sex and the City film, which I would have loved to have done, but because I am in full-on Spice Girls rehearsal mode, unfortunately, I can’t do it,” says Beckham, who will join her former Spice sisters for a worldwide reunion tour beginning Dec. 2 in Vancouver. New Line had no comment.

I have a friend who works on the film, and she said that SJP refused to allow Posh to be in the movie because apparently she’s has beef with her.
