Glad to see someone has some sense and compassion in the media for a change…No body gives a rats patootie what Heath did at a party over a year ago…RIP Heath – you are missed…

It would be down right cruel for ET or any other show, to put that video on. No matter what fake reason they give, it’s totally disrespectful towards his family and him. I bet those ET people all have dirt that they wouldn’t want dug up on them. “Let he who is without sin cast the first stone”. Heath was by far one of my top favorite actors. He really seemed like a genuinely nice guy and it would be purely mean of them to do this. I can’t stand those creeps anyway, but this would really be an all time low for them. I am really feeling for Heaths family and friends right now. People really need to complain against these exploitive shows and dirty paparzzi who make hell of peoples lives…I wish that crap wasn’t even on at all myself.

I am facinated how a man who was only 28 could have been referring to himself when he states “I used to smoke 5 joints a day for 20 years”. Is it not more likely that he is telling a story about someone else??

i wonder why this never came out when he was alive… and might have destroyed his career and came out now when it’s not that interesting anymore
just let him rest in piece!

I wish he wasnt as talented maybe his friends(other people in the movie industry who knew)would of tryed to help by not working or hiring him till he got help.the lucky ones only lose their jobs, talented ones lose more cause they make money.Sorry if this is not the reason for his death but it is for alot of other actors. i dont like the video because its to late to help and should have been given to the police ealier (rehab).

I’ve heard nothing but good things
about Heath, maybe ET and Insider should put that in their shows. He was a great actor and from what I’ve read a great person. Rest in peace Heath.

I, like the rest here am disgusted at this. Heaven forbid they let the man rest in peace, have they not heard of respect? They’ve been shoving cameras into family and friend’s faces in hope of capturing some grief, have dug up old pictures and videos that may reflect some sort of abuse problem or depression. All in the name of journalism of course!
The video did not show him partaking in drugs. He was at a party where drugs were. I’ve never taken any sort of illegal drugs in my life yet have been to parties and clubs where people have been partaking in them (this is not uncommon). By the logic certain media outlets have been using – I must be a junkie crack addict!

here’s an idea…maybe i’ll start following pat o’brien and mary hart around. as in 24/7. then when they die, i’d show some clips and edit it in such a way that it looks controversial. like when they drink a glass of water, i’d say it’s vodka. let’s see how their families will react.
my advice…just go on and feature your prized possession, donny osmond.

what slimeballs, whoever runs those shows should really get what coming to them.

  • pradeep

Those slimeballs, whoever runs those shows should have that kinda vulgarity coming to them, those people are dispicable.

  • Mary

Please give Heath, his family and loved ones something he possibly was not able to achieve while he was alive …. privacy.
This isn’t a movie being played out, where the actors can send in the stunt doubles when it gets rough — it’s real life and the choices made by media outlets do make a difference to those who are left behind to deal with their loss and pain.

  • pat

Good. But it will always be lurking in the background. Is iot Heath’s voice on the video or not. if he had been smoking for 20years, he would have started at six years old. I think not.

  • SH

I wouldn’t expect less from two of the sleaziest celebrity news shows out there. These shows LIVE off of celebrities’ hardships and make money off of them. And how could their “reporters” actually try to go through with it? Eww.

I’m so glad this video isn’t being shown. Even if the autopsy results show that Heath died from drug use, it’s irrelevant. It will not bring him back. We may never know–and it isn’t any of our business. RIP, Heath. Peace to your family.
