I admit the look is SLIGHTLY there for leah but thats as far as it goes. leah has very strong attitude and character, i question whether Vanessa can actually portray this role very well. I rather see someone else do it.
DARN!!!! I totally wanted Vanessa to be in the movie that would be AWESOME!!!! She could totally fit Leah Clearwater!!
i personally find it hilarious that people can blow someone’s opinion way out of proportion and take it so literally. ashley greene didn’t actually meant that vanessa hudgens was going to be in the movie, ashley greene just gave her opinion on who she wants to play leah. THAT DOESN’T MEAN VANESSA ACTUALLY AUDITIONED!! another crazy partially fabricated statement that drives the twilight fandom insane.
p.s. im a twilight fan and i didn’t even take this dilemna seriously.
THANK GOD!!! The last thing we need is to have a publicity seeking non-acting tabloid hound ruining New Moon. No Vanessa and certainly no Efron!! They are so cheesey, that one show discussing the Golden Globes red carpet arrivals said when Vanessa and Efron were on camera to move on. They weren’t discussing them, LOL. If entertainment shows think you are so tired that they didn’t want to even discuss what you were wearing, that’s bad. Keep her on the Disney channel and away from the Twilight series. She’s not doing it because she believes in the project, she’ll be doing it because it’s the hottest thing in hollywood, it’s popular. I bet she hasn’t even read the books. But never admit to reading Cliff’s notes like that arrogant idiot Copon. Cliff’s Notes, I still haven’t gotten over that yet…what a jerk. Thank God Taylor kept the role at least he’s read the books and more times than once.
I think she should not be in the new moon movie. i think the movie would not look good with her in it cuz like ewww. just cuz she did good in hsm and every one love her dont mean she should get to be in the movie like come on the movie will be so funny with her in it….I SAY NO WAY
i would have totally barfed if she had been cast. i hate her. she will totally ruin the movies if she is in them. i think a lot of fans will not see the remaining movies if she is in them…she belongs in cheesy disney musicals, not in a major motion picture that millions of people are in love with! ewww. i will not be seeing the movies if she is in them.

But, she belongs in the high school music series not the twilight series.

Please im begging you do not put Vanessa Hudgens in New moon, or any of the other Twlight movies. PLEASE. if shes in it, people will not like the movie and it won’t be as amazing. and thats the truth. I know for a fact if Vanessa Hudgens is in it, i wont like it as much, and neither will any of the people I know. And also, dont put any other actresses like that in the twilight movies, pick someone thats not a HUGE actress or isnt well known. pick one thats good and plays the part amazingly. PLEASE.. listen to me.

I dont really have anything against her personally, other than the fact that she just gets on my nerves, but seriously, I’m SO SICK of being thrown in with the “teeny boppers” and this would just make it WORSE!!

I think Vanessa Hudgens is okay, I have nothing against her. It would be cool for her to be in New Moon, I don’t see why everyone’s making a big deal out of it and saying she’ll ruin the movie… she’s a good actress and singer. =)
Too bad. She can actually ACT. Twilight was so terrible I laughed through it. I never laughed through HSM.
