Wow… so everyone here was afraid the movie was going to be bad? Okay, provided, I’m US Army, and yeah, I love military stuff, but I thought that the movie was great, especially for modernizing it to the times. And so what? The President’s white? Uh, alternate universe check. Roger, understood, my new commander-in-chief is black. And where does it come off in this movie that blacks are supposed to be offended, when Ripcord’s role still had him save the day in a high-flying Nightraven???
My Lord, because he made a couple of campy (yet grin- or chuckle-funny) one-liners, it’s a diss to African-Americans? Does EVERYONE read this much into the movies that they can’t even enjoy what it’s there for?

Two thumbs up to all the actors and actresses.
Oh, and as for their personal lives and the underlying meaning of the movie characters’ roles? Yeah, just don’t try and come to me about that stuff. For those of you who read this, I pray that you will understand my meaning, and may God bless you and your families and friends, and I pray that you will have greater faith, hope and love in the future.
