Relax folks. It’s not like they are replacing a major character with Ms. Fanning. Jane is really a small part of this book. My question is will she commit to the rest of the movies? Jane shows up through all of the rest of them.

All that I know is that NEW MOON was my least favorite book of the four. Edward was hardly in it. I will be interested to see if they’re going to totally change the story to have Rob in the movie more.

YAY so ecited for New Moon!!! I think Dakota will be a fantastic Jane, she is a very talented actress. And lol to Kellan, Emmett can’t take the werewolves! ahah (sorry Team Werewolf, but still love the vamps). I really hope Taylor gets to shine in this movie. This movie really needs to show some Jacob loving!

My gosh it’s such a small role! WHo really cares???? She’ll be in the movie for a total of 10 minutes!

Dakota as Jane doesn’t fit. with her big name, it’ll overpower robs and kristens. and who’ll play alec because they are twins. take that into consideration.

All you complainers are just silly. Books are open to INTERPRETATION. When I read them, I totally visualized Jane to be in her mid-teens. (visually). Plus, Dakota is about 16 years old, not 14. She’s perfect, because she is an incredible actress. I support that casting decision fully!

I don’t really want a really big name in New Moon. Everyone else in the cast wasn’t really well known, except really for Kristen, but even then a lot of people didn’t know who she was. Please don’t cast Dakota Fanning!

Lmao if you want to know what IIII was thinking for Jane and Alec, if you have see Epic Movie, then you will know what I am talking about haha. An albino short fierce looking guy, or for Jane, a girl. If you remember on Epic Movie, The White *sensor*’s helper, the albino monk? Played by Kevin Hart.
Yeah. That’s an Alec. Minus the gun.
Here’s a picture of him from the movie lol.

I think Dakota will sooo good as Jane… But who’s gonna be Alec???? And who’s gonna be Leah Clearwater, coz I heard Dakota was gonna be Leah. But I’m glad she’s not and that she’s Jane. :)

I always pictured Jane as someone that was about 17 or 18. So I can’t picture Dakota as Jane. There was this girl on youtube that I seen her audition tape as Jane that would be perfect. Her screen name was like Nikki2524 or something like that.

    Something new in my heart.
    I’m going to
    believe that
    everything shines
    in the light
    of a footprint,
    with a loving
    desire, in the
    sound of the
    darkness…..
