Vanessa Hudgens would make a horrible Mia! Ashley Greene all the way. I was picturing Ashley Greene the whole time I was reading this book and I feel like she would do amazing in the role!

Hardwicke lost any respect I may have had for her when she relentlessly cashed in on the insanity brewing around her actors. The book she published, the comments about “chemistry”, the veiled allusions to an off-screen romance that she knew would get her press…she’s in her 50′s and needs to behave with some integrity. I’d be surprised if the actors wished to work with her again should the opportunity arise in the future. Additionally, the changes she made to the story to be more PC (vegetarianism, recycling, etc.) were just senseless.

If I Stay was a beautifully written book,I hope Catherine Hardwick does it well.Twilight was not her best movie and I’d hate for this to end up just as bad.

I’ve actually read this book. its amazing. i cant imagine mia as ashlee green or vannesa. it has to be a fresh face. something new.
I don’t think anyone should compare this book to twilight i loved this book and i would love if they made a movie for it! please get GOOD actors! I dont want the book to be ruined!
