I honestly think Marlon can do this film well. We all also have to think that When the Fresh Prince came out we never thought that Will would be Oscar Worthy either. Some people do have the ability to get outside of their comfort zone and he obviously has already put a lot of work into it to even convince people to even consider him for the role.
Man, So much hate on here. I am happy to see Marlon in a roll that has substance. Wether the film goes in a comedy or a drama direction, he’ll be great. Also happy to see him without all of his brothers over shadowing him.
I saw murphy on raw and would be alot better marlon wayans to be richard pryor what they should do is marlon as a young richard pryor and eddie as older that would be better
