The Joan Jett influence clearly evident. Sad when this young girls lose their identity and start believing they are someone else, in this case Kristen thinks she’s Joan Jett. Very crazy.
I thought when Kristen behaved strangely at Comic Con in July of 2009 it was due to her finishing up filming the Runaways the day before the event. Some said she was just in the Joan Jett character. However, her looks and health looked bad at Teen Choice and while filming Eclipse months later. She has changed. Just recently at Sundance Film Festival she still acted the same mannish way at the after parties and made the odd comments over 9 months after The Runaways finished. She does not have to pretend to be straight or sweet if she is not, but she has an obligation to her young fans to not be crude, spaced out, caught under-age drinking and toking and cursing in every interview from the first one on the Twilight set to quite recently.
She has been trying to act a little more professionally on talk shows. She dressed like a hooker on the New Moon Europe tour and unfriendly to the fans.
With the state of the economy and people scrimping to go to the movies, the least she could do is be grateful, lady like and charming. If she can’t, then Summit should keep her away from the young fans. Now that she is 19 she wants to expand her audience. Fine. Just don’t promote her as a role model for teens. Everyone wonders why our youth have no manners, do drugs, dress like hookers and curse like thugs. It is directly related to the influence of the Hollywood and music stars. Parents have a next to impossible job raising kids thanks to bad influences like Kristen Stewart.
Even Chris Weitz the director said she had the filthiest mouth out of all of the cast including the grown men.
This is the one that started the rumors on the net. She did thank the Twilight fans at the BAFTAs as she would not have won the Orange without them. About time.
In one of the first interviews on the set of Twilight, she used bad language that had to be bleeped and in Japan she did too. Rob said she was shocking and had a fierceness and anger to her. Perhaps she was afraid he would tell others that she was bi so she flirted with him. Poor Robert.

The pic of their heads together at Kings of Leon pushed as a kiss, the wrist touch leaving Paris while Rob clutches his hat, pushed as hand holding, the unidentified place and time pics and video of them supposedly in Budapest…always conveniently pop up when bad rumors do.

Kristen was in Indio,Ca from 4/15-18 for Coachella Music Fest solo. Since 95% of the flights out of Europe are grounded due to ash and smoke from Iceland’s volcano erupting, she would not have been able to leave if there for her birthday as promoted by gossip sites. Okay I don’t know what your deal is thinking you know these people, and I don’t really care. But one thing that DOES bug me is this: “She always says “Joan is an icon” which translates to she was a lesbian before it was ok and had a girl band. Why Joan Jet should be glorified as a role model (like Kristen stated) is beyond comprehension”
First of all her name is Joan “Jett”, and she has never officially “came out” so it wouldn’t be right to assume that she is a lesbian. She may be an icon to lesbians, but she is also an icon to many more people as well. If you can’t “comprehend” why Joan Jett is a role model to many then you sir are either an idiot or in serious need of a little thing called research. Did you know that Joan was rejected by 28 major record labels after the Runaways broke up? Did she quit? No. She created her own record label and did it HER way. She never gave up on trying to do what she loved even though everyone in the business was against her. She ended up having great success AND she is still breaking barriers and doing what she loves today! That’s 35 years of never stopping! Thought I’d do the math for your since your comprehension skills suck. I definitely think that is something to be “glorified”. She doesn’t get enough recognition as it is, and for you to say she deserves less is BS.
Kristen Stewart is a great girl and I’ve seen enough of her films to know that she is a talented actress. But that’s just it. She’s an ACTRESS. She wants her work to be examined not her private life. She has every right to be claiming her privacy. She enjoyed acting in small independent films and she never thought Twilight would get that huge cause..who did? She’s not asking for all that attention. It’s not her fault if her publicist among others “advise” her to keep quiet. Anyway, she’s always herself and I truly respect her for it. The last thing I’d want to see is more fake young actors acting during interviews so people like them.

Nobody is trying to make you dislike her. If you think that a girl that behaves as she has with the cursing in every print and live interview (except recently when Summit told her to knock it off), smoking and drinking in public when she is under-aged and the lead in a movie series supported by young teens, dressing like a hooker, acting like a tough punk and behaving very combative and butch is great for her career and a good example to the book and movie fans than you are odd and must not have kids.
i will just support Robert Pattinson, but not Kristen Stewart anymore. I have nothing against lesbians, but i cannot imagine Kristen prefers kissing Dakota and Nikki Reed than the ever georgeous Robert Pattinson! Count me out of the ROBSTEN fans. Kristen Stewart is appalling. There is no professionalism in the way she handles herself as a public figure which she, whether she likes it or not (personally, I don’t), has become. It’s one of those trade-offs… your relationship privacy for financial stability AND luxury for the rest of your life. Oh, probably your kids’ lives too with the truckloads of money she’s raking in.
