Okay, really though, you have to understand that most fans are in love with the character and just transfer their feelings to him. That’s what happened to me anyway.
The people whining about all the Twilight coverage is more annoying than the actual Twilight coverage itself, in my opinion. If you’re that sick of the articles.. WHY ARE YOU READING THEM? And, gee, I wonder why EW is covering the Twilight madness. Perhaps because they’re an entertainment magazine/website and, whaddaya know… Twilight happens to be one of the biggest things going right now? Wow! Look what common sense can do for a person! Good god, people drive me insane sometimes.
I know that there are people with negtive reaction to the Twilight Saga, they just feel threaten by a perfect man in Pattinson, and no, the saga will not drop off the face of the earth, it will be around for a very long time. I intend to start all over with the books and movies again next year.
I love that some people are so annoyed by Twilight. They just don’t realize that each comment they make gives the franchise more power. You know how it is: the more you talk about it (good or bad) the better.
Twilight is awful, and I am sad it is as popular as it is. New Moon was one of the worst books I’ve ever read, in terms of writing ability, plot, and morals. Sure, let’s tell young, impressionable girls that it’s okay to commit suicide if your boyfriend leaves you or dies. That’s perfectly okay!

i got the book before it was the “thing” and i hated it i couldnt get interested. and when the first movie came out i couldnt believe people were so interested. one of my friends brought the dvd to my house when i was sick. so i watched it and it was a sweet movie it put a new spin on the vampire thing. my fiance’ went and watched the 2nd one last night and it was pretty awesome beside the fact sharkboy is jacob… geez..
Oh and by the way some of these people have valid points. if you dont like something so much then why even bother putting your time into it that makes no sense… wait unless you really do like the twilight stuff and you are really just playing around to get attention… then you are just an attention getter and you need to grow up. well actually you need to grow up either way…GO EDWARD!!!

I have read the books, but the films take the saga to a whole new level. Beautiful young stars, great cinematics and a sound track that rocks… Can@t wait for number 3. Oh well, i’ll just have to reread the books…
