Wish Sandra Bullock made the list for Blind side. Glad that Inglorious Basterds is getting its due, it is a really great movie. So happy that Chris Pine, JGLevitt for 500 days and that 500 days got a nod. Glad that they went outside the box and went with alison lohman for drag me to hell, wish they would go even further and nominate chris pine for best actor.

Wow! These are most fun-loving nominations I’ve ever seen! I’m all about recognizing great comedic and horror film roles; good call Detroit.

Has a single list yet given anything to Broken Embraces? Because it’s much better than a) Inglorious Basterds, b) Invictus, or c) The Messenger

Anyone that recognizes 500 Days of Summer is my best friend. I’m excited to see Me and Orson Welles when it comes out in my town. But I’ve heard such good things about Christian McKay’s performance, I’m glad he got nominated. I hate it when every awards show nominates all the same people.

Glad to see Ronan’s made the cut of yet ANOTHER list. And just because “The Lovely Bones” debuted to mediocre reviews does NOT mean its not possible for her to “get love” from the Academy. That is about the stupidest thing I’ve heard yet. There have been many actors who have been acknowledged for outstanding work in mediocre films. Michael Shannon in “Revolutionary Road” anyone? Hello—get a clue people.
