I want SARAH MICHELLE GELLAR as MARY JANE! She was terrific in the parody of Spiderman 1.
WTF?! Now this is just stupid. The original Spiderman movie came out in 2002 for god’s sakes, and now it’s going to be remade? Come on…how desperate can you get?
That won’t happen if they’re starting over from high school. They will get younger actors who can play teenagers. SMG is in her 30s.

They should stop caring only about the stupid tween demographic 9-14. There are people in the 15-25 age group you know. They are more important and in most of the cases are more loyal.
If there’s one thing nobody wants, it’s another origin story, we just had that less than 10 years ago.
