Mike Lang, who previously worked for Fox Entertainment and News Corp., has been named the CEO of Miramax. Lang, who was a key figure in forming Hulu, had been consulting Filmyard as it acquired Miramax. “I have known and worked closely with Mike for almost 20 years and have always respected his talents,” Richard Nanula, Miramax chairman and Colony Capital principal, said in a statement.
