Ann Mather, former CFO of Pixar, is taking over the restructured MGM as the lead director of its new board, according to Variety. She’ll be joined by the company’s new CEO and co-chairman, former Spyglass execs Gary Barber and Roger Birnbaum. Mather was CFO at Pixar for five years, leaving in 2004. She previously worked for Disney and Village Roadshow Pictures.
