Brendan Fraser will star in Neil LaBute’s next film, Seconds of Pleasure, his reps tell EW, confirming a Deadline report. Kristin Scott Thomas is also set to star, while Colin Firth and Ed Harris are still in talks. Details about the drama’s plot are scant, though it does share a name with a collection of short stories LaBute published in 2004. Fraser reportedly took the role after opting out of the sequel to Journey to the Center of the Earth; he was replaced by Dwayne Johnson.
