Paramount has announced that Sacha Baron Cohen’s The Dictator, a comedy about “a dictator who risked his life to ensure that democracy would never come to the country he so lovingly oppressed,” will be released on May 11, 2012. Larry Charles (Borat) will direct and Scott Rudin (The Social Network) will produce.
