Uh Oh – my son’s 9th birthday party is at a movie theater, seeing Rango. Let’s hope it’s not a dud!
Loved it – saw it twice. If you’re looking for mindless fluff, don’t bother.
Loved the movie! Clever, smart and the visual effects were incredible.
I was so dissappointed in this movie, the cussing and the sexual innuendos were not suitable for young children. Personally I was ready to walk out on this movie. Not at all appropriate for my children to watch.
I guess this movie is better for adults. A friend of mine loved it and was amazed at how the film was rated PG despite everything it had.
Topher Grace’s movie career is flatlined. No A lister as he thought when he did Spidy-3. He is one of many actors type cast as a ‘teen’. Now too old [32] to play a ‘hot 20′s guy’, since many other 20-somethings are competing.
Mila Kunis is now the most successful post ’70′s show’ actor. Who would have guessed? Ashton is know for “Mr Demi”, pap photos, and commericals. No critically acclalimed acting gigs. Ask anyone who Topher Grace is and they’d say “Is that a girl on Disney?”
My husband and I loved this movie. Smart dialog and clever film references thrughout the film. My kids also loved the movie and were not scared by the visuals as others have posted. I would have prefered they left the 2 cuss words out of one of the later scenes but other then that this film was less offensive them other kids films. I am not understanding what other people saw so offensive about this film. and for those who saw no plot they must not have been paying attention.
