Plenty could be said about the trailer for the upcoming Sarah Palin documentary, The Undefeated. That its labeling of the one-time vice presidential candidate “Daughter. Wife. Mother. Warrior” appears more foreboding than intimidating. That the filmmakers had the impressive ability to find leather-clad women who look just like Palin to build her up with soundbites like, “She’s like a marine. She runs towards the danger.” That there’s an inherent flaw about calling the film The Undefeated in the first place. But I’ll let you judge for yourself. Not a Palin hater… but “She runs toward the danger” doesn’t accurately depict a woman who had the Governor’s seat in Alaska and gave it up to promote herself in reality T.V. shows and this film. She was given an opportunity most of us never get to really serve, and she flaked.
What about:
“Dumb Ho – Mom of Dumber HO”?
“If I was only Obese Too, I’d Be a True American”?
“Nitwit in Cheef”?
“Hang on to that Bambi While I Load My Gun”?

How is she not completely embarrassed by all this absurd hyperbole regarding her background? I mean, if someone wanted to make a documentary about me (or if my secret campaign staff wanted to make a documentary about me) there’s no way I’d let them include creepy look-alike sycophants talking about how I’m like a Marine, running towards “danger” (from…?) with shots of burning buildings added in. It’s 1,000 times too much. I’ll admit, I haven’t liked Palin since she so publicly made herself into a political joke, but come on. Doesn’t she even have the tiniest bit of humility left? I know politicians have to exude a certain amount of “I’m the best!” but…yikes.
This seems like one of those apocalypse movies!
