I thought the second movie’s idea to put Bridget in prison was super dumb. Hello, Mark isn’t stupid and Bridget isn’t suffering from low-esteem anymore; at least not to the point of messing around with Daniel Cleaver, of all people. Please bring in a new character; someone gorgeous.

Hollywood does not know when to end something. They ruined Shrek and now they’re digging poor Bridget a deeper grave. If Colin is pulling our legs it’s probably not by much. They’ll do anything to put Hugh Grant back in the story. The second one was horrible.

Renne Zellwegger was so damn cute in those movies. Viciously cute and hot at the same time. Just look at that pic of her, so yummy.
I just hope she eats a bit and does not have that whole anorexia look that she has had in the past. Just does not look healthy.

NO! This is Working Title greed, pure and simple. I loved the first film, but Bridget wore out her welcome with the horrid 2nd movie. Stop trying to get blood from a stone. And the plot sounds downright offensive. Colin, as a fan, I beg you, don’t lower yourself with this tripe! You’re an Oscar-winning actor, for God’s sake!
Who would even want to hire Zellweger to star in anything, let alone a Hollywood feature film?
Sounds terrible. I love, love, love the first movie, but the sequel is one of the worst movies ever. Let Bridget go…
I really hope Colin was kidding about that plot. Because that is HORRID. Why on earth would Bridget get near Daniel with a ten foot pole when she has Mark? Does. Not. Compute.

Bridget Jones: Renee Needs a Paycheck
I’m so excited! I don’t care what the plot is just as long as these three actors and characters are back together in a Bridget Jones movie again. I loved both films, although the first one was better. Yeah! I can’t wait.
This is nonsense, Let’s hope Mr. Firth will refuse the role as they will only add one more nail to BJ coffin. The first installment was a “copy” from the book Pride and Prejudice that is why is was so good. But the second part was terrible, why bother for a third installment. Only a bubble head would like a third one. NOO!!! Mr. Darcy Come to the Rescue and throw this stupid idea to the lake!!!!

I found the Daniel Cleaver storyline in ‘The edge of reason’ a little farfetched but I thought the her and Darcy arc in that film was actually done really well. It was honest, they may have been in love and together but they were still who they were. She still had her insecurities and he was still quite uptight. I think a third film could be done well if they keep the storyline honest and true to the characters.
