Gwyneth Paltrow is a sex addict… in Thanks for Sharing, that is. (Sorry.) The actress’ rep confirms to EW that Paltrow is set to star in Stuart Blumberg’s film about a group of people who bond over their affliction. Paltrow will play a businesswoman who falls for another addict, played by Mark Ruffalo. Thanks for Sharing also stars Tim Robbins and Joely Richardson.
Thanks for Sharing is Blumberg’s directorial debut. (He also co-wrote the script with Matt Winston.) He was previously nominated for an Oscar for co-writing The Kids Are All Right.
