Arnold Schwarzenegger is “having a fantastic time on set with Bruce and Sly in Bulgaria” while shooting The Expendables 2. To prove it, he tweeted this shot of himself with Sylvester Stallone and Bruce Willis. It’s a pretty brave move: Sly and Bruce are fairly badass: Stallone sports double thigh weapons, and Willis looks the best he has in years (how is he pulling off that scarf?). The former governor, meanwhile, is rocking an intimidating Hawaiian shirt. We hope that’s a concealed weapon under his jacket and not a fanny pack. Either way though, enjoyable!

I’m so excited for this movie! The first one was such a great summer movie that I willingly paid to see it twice. Gotta say the Governator has lost some of his cred by running a state into the ground though.

You’re right Mandi – Willis does look surprisingly good in what should be a ridiculous outfit. The fact that he’s not in a suit this time suggests he might be getting in on the action this go-round.
How would you recommend imlmtpeneing a CFE program for a single sport running athlete in regards to which drills to perform prior to sessions? I am trying to implement this program to improve my running times, but the CFE portion I will be performing on my own so I need to know which drills I can use and perform on my own. Thank you.

Jakob, If you only have an hour a day maximize the hour. I am in a lsmiiar situation, so I go all out on the S&CF portion of each day and give what I can to the endurance portion after only a short break. Not ideal, but realistic. I am a single sport runner, so the cost of this approach is only incurred on Tues. If really pressed for time I skip the Tues run and focus on maximizing the Thursday and weekend runs while still performing the S&CF workouts four days a week. It is about priorities, which is what makes CFE great, though I have to cut short my workouts at times I still get the benefits of the program while leaving much more for my paying job than I did trying to adhere to other programs.

Haha yeah. Phantom-Dennis sticks arnuod for most of the series. I’ll always like Buffy the most, but Angel’s standalone episodes are much better than most of Buffy’s standalones. Even the little cheesy ones like the one you’re watching now are just better, and Are You Now, or Have You Ever Been? is probably my favorite standalone episode for a Whedon show. Sorry, I could talk about this stuff for days.

Crossfiter moving trawods CFE. Here is the problem. Im studying for the CPA exam and have only about an hour to devote per day trawods fitness. Anyone have advice on how to work the two a days into my schedule. Or any programing on rotating a WOD & Sport training. After completion of exam I will be devoted to the program but for right now I just need to make it fit into my schedule. Thanks

I read a while ago that Sly was going to incorporate JCVD and Segal into the flick. I also read that Nic Cage and Travolta were being pursued. The article I read quoted Stallone as saying “I want to give anybody a chance to come back” regarding people who have been out of the biz for a while. Would be epic.
