A blue-haired and slightly less sadistic version of Ryan Seacrest, Caesar Flickerman hosts a popular annual interview series in the world of The Hunger Games, chatting up the children who will soon be engaging in old-fashioned bloodsport inside the Arena. And a new trailer for the adaptation of Hunger Games prominently features Stanley Tucci as Flickerman. In a cast full of scene-stealers — including Donald Sutherland, Woody Harrelson, and Elizabeth Banks — Tucci looks like he’s having a blast devouring the scenery.
