Elizabeth Olsen in 'Silent House' -- EXCLUSIVE CLIP

Elizabeth Olsen had a breakout 2011, with a critically acclaimed role in Martha Marcy May Marlene, and she’s got a jam-packed schedule of upcoming films: A May-December romance with Ted Mosby, a movie where Harry Potter plays Allen Ginsberg, and an inevitable costarring role with Dakota Fanning.

But first up in theaters is Silent House, an intriguing horror remake about a young girl visiting her family’s lake house, which comes under attack from unseen forces. The twist: Like the original Uruguayan film, Silent House is told entirely in real-time, which means the film replicates the one-take aesthetic of Alfred Hitchcock’s Rope. You can get a little flavor for the film from EW’s exclusive clip, which finds Olsen awkwardly welcoming a neighborhood girl. “You don’t remember me, do you?” says the neighborhood girl, sounding a little bit like a renegade demon-twin from The Shining. “We used to play together.” Watch the clip:
