Melanie Lynskey skinny-dips in 'Hello I Must Be Going' poster -- EXCLUSIVE

Is there anything more wonderful than happy naked people?

The smile on Melanie Lynskey’s face should answer that question.

Anyway, it’s all she’s wearing in this new poster for the Sundance hit Hello I Must Be Going, about a down-on-her-luck 30-something divorcee who moves back in with her parents and basically turns into a teenager again — which includes falling in love with one.

The young guy floating beside her is played by Christopher Abbott (the passive boyfriend Charlie on HBO’s Girls), who finds his life in a similar state of flux and uncertainty, though his excuse is he’s only 19. At 35, she has fewer excuses for sleeping until noon and wearing the same T-shirt every day.

Their families are friends, and their fathers are business associates in the middle of a critical deal, so the budding couple initially try to keep their attraction secret. His youth, enthusiasm, and beauty pull her out of her doldrums, and she’s got the heart and sophistication he can’t find in most girls his age. (Since he doesn’t date much, his parents incorrectly presume he’s gay.)

As their romance heats up, it gets harder to hide with just late-night escapades and sneaky make-outs during family dinner parties. The next thing you know, they’re naked in the swimming pool hoping no one comes home unexpectedly.

Hello I Must Be Going, directed by Todd Louiso (Love Liza) and written by his wife, Sara Koskoff, debuted in January at the Sundance Film Festival, earning longtime character actress Lynskey praise for her sensitive and smoking-hot remaking as a leading lady.

Lynskey’s roles have run the gamut from the fearsome, deadly schoolgirl opposite Kate Winslet in Peter Jackson’s Heavenly Creatures, to the silly (but also deadly) Charlie Sheen-obsessed neighbor Rose on the CBS sitcom Two and a Half Men. She had scene-stealing roles in Jason Reitman’s Up in the Air, Steven Soderbergh’s The Informant, and Thomas McCarthy’s Win-Win, but Hello I Must Be Going gives her a chance to show off a little more — or a lot more.

Keep an eye out for it in theaters on Sept. 7.
