• With a title like The Prince, die-hard Bruce Willis fans might worry that he’s decided to go from blue collar to blue blood. Thankfully, it’s a little misleading. Armenian director Sarik Andreasyan (American Heist) will tell the story of a retired Las Vegas mobster who must return to the city when he discovers that his teenage daughter is missing. Willis will play the man who has been cautiously awaiting the return of the mob enforcer.  Filming will begin in New Orleans in October. Willis’s next scheduled release is Sin City: A Dame to Kill For, which hits theaters Aug. 22, 2014. [Deadline]

• Ellen Page (Juno) is in talks to star as British Intelligence Agent Tara Chase in the adaptation of Greg Rucka’s comic series Queen & Country for Fox.  John Rogers, who wrote Transformers and Catwoman, is penning the script. The movie, and potential franchise, has been in development for quite some time — Nicole Kidman was up for the part a few years ago. Betty Thomas (28 Days, John Tucker Must Die), had also been lined up to direct years ago. No director is currently attached to the project. Page’s latest, the Lynn Shelton indie Touchy Feely, is currently available on VOD. [Variety]

• Eric McCormack (Will & Grace) will play Parker Posey’s husband in The Architect, about a couple who commission the design of a new home. Metallica’s Lars Ulrich is producing, and (Untitled) helmer Jonathan Parker will direct. [Deadline]

• Katee Sackhoff, star of Riddick and one of EW’s Women Who Kick Ass, is set to re-team with Mike Flanagan (who directed her in Oculus) for Somnia — a horror film about a child whose dreams and nightmares become reality as he sleeps. [Deadline]

• Lea Thompson, 80s dream girl and star of ABC Family’s Switched at Birth, will join Nicolas Cage and Chad Michael Murray in director Vic Armstrong’s end-of-days thriller Left Behind. Production is currently underway in Baton Rouge. [THR]

• Jaimie Alexander (Thor) is set to star in director Mathew Cullen’s (Weezer’s “Pork and Beans” video) black comedy London Fields, alongside Billy Bob Thornton, Amber Heard, Jim Sturgess, and Theo James. The story is adapted from Martin Amis’s novel. [Deadline]

House of Lies actress Dawn Olivieri will play a suicidal woman who falls for her neighbor (Wilmer Valderrama) and finds a new reason to live in To Whom It May Concern. The film is written and directed by Manu Boyer. [Deadline]
