Jason Bourne fans, have your sequel ideas out and ready.

Over the weekend, Matt Damon went on CNBC, where he was asked if he’d ever return to the Bourne series. “I’ve always been open to if, if Paul Greengrass is the director,” Damon answered. Greengrass directed both The Bourne Supremacy and The Bourne Ultimatum, and Damon has said in the past that he’ll only return to the series if Greengrass is involved. “We’ve just never been able to come up with a story,” continued Damon. He went on to encourage viewers to call up Universal with their ideas.

Damon starred as Jason Bourne in the franchise’s first three films, but chose not to appear in 2012’s The Bourne Legacy. “It felt like such a good way to end it the last time,” Damon said, referring to 2007’s Bourne Ultimatum. “But having said that, I love that character and I’d love to see what happened to him.”
