Mark your calendars, Spielberg disciples.

On Monday, Disney and DreamWorks announced official release dates for two films from the veteran director. His still-untitled Cold War thriller, starring Tom Hanks, has been slated for an Oct. 15, 2015 release, while his adaptation of Roald Dahl’s The BFG will hit theaters on July 1, 2016.

The untitled Cold War thriller follows “the true story of James Donovan, an attorney who finds himself thrust into the center of the Cold War when the CIA sends him on the near-impossible mission to negotiate the release of a captured American U-2 pilot.” Joel and Ethan Coen wrote the latest draft of the script, based on Matt Charman’s original take. Star Tom Hanks previously starred in Spielberg’s Saving Private Ryan, Catch Me If You Can, and The Terminal.

Meanwhile, E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial-scribe Melissa Mathison penned the adaptation of Roald Dahl’s 1982 book The BFG, which sets a “big friendly giant,” the Queen of England, and a young girl on a journey to capture the evil giants who are terrorizing the world. No cast has been set.
