Three new 'Snow White and the Huntsman' featurettes -- WATCH

Not only can you now check out a sneak peek of the new Snow White & The Huntsman trailer (the full one will debut during Monday’s episode of The Voice) but we’ve got three new featurettes to tide us over till the film hits theaters June 1. Directed by Rupert Sanders, this take on the fairy tale classic stars Kristen Stewart (as Snow White), Charlize Theron (as the queen), Chris Hemsworth (the titular huntsman), and Sam Claflin (the prince).

Each of these mini features are interesting — detailing the (awesome) look of the sets and hearing from Stewart, Hemsworth, Theron, and Sanders about their motivation and what they’re trying to achieve. (Also, we learn who Chris Hemsworth would not want to take on in battle.) Take a look below — and make sure to click through to the end for a sneak peek at the latest trailer. READ FULL STORY »

Jack Kerouac, meet Kristen Stewart: 'On the Road' movie debuts trailer

“The only people that interest me are the mad ones.”

Jack Kerouac’s On the Road became an iconic novel to a restless group of young and disenfranchised when it was published in 1957, and close to half a century passed before it became a movie. Maybe it was a mad idea to try.

Kerouac himself wanted Marlon Brando to star in a film, though that was never to happen. Much later, Francis Ford Coppola bought the rights in 1979, but struggled for years to come up with a script. Attempts to get everyone from Brad Pitt to Billy Crudup to star led only to false starts.

It may seem a strange thing, the Beat Generation mixing with the Twilight generation, but without Kristen Stewart signing on to co-star as the teenage bride Marylou, this version of the story directed by Walter Salles (The Motorcycle Diaries) may not have happened either.

Hundreds of fans lined up at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles yesterday for the premiere of Breaking Dawn — Part 1, and as Kristen Stewart pointed out, it felt almost like a reunion of sorts. “To be honest, the [fans] that I see frequently, that show up a lot, is what I notice the most,” said the actress. “It’s literally been years for some of them now. That is a trip.”

The crisply-dressed cast spent time signing autographs and taking photos with the crowd before entering the theater. “It is just such a blessing to have the number of fans who do the camping thing grow and grow with each movie,” said Kellan Lutz. READ FULL STORY »

'Snow White and the Huntsman' teaser trailer: Charlize Theron's Evil Queen will eat your heart

Terminator-esque music leads into the dark new teaser trailer for Snow White and the Huntsman. It feels appropriate. Charlize Theron’s Evil Queen? She will terminate a bitch. Following scenes of battle and destruction, she declares coolly, “It once pained me to know that I am the cause of such despair.” Emphasis on the once. When we meet her, that regret has long passed, and she’s a soul-sucking, mirror shattering, power hungry badass who will stop at nothing to destroy the beautiful upstart Snow White. Keep that armor on, Snow. You’re going to need it. Check out the full trailer after the jump. READ FULL STORY »

'Snow White and the Huntsman': New poster looks straight from Middle-earth

Since Comic-Con, we’ve known that next summer’s Snow White and the Huntsman — the Kristen Stewart/Charlize Theron Snow White tale — was going to be more swords and arrows than whistling and housecleaning. Stewart’s heroine looks like Joan of Arc in several official photos, and the most recent image, a three-character banner recently released on Twitter, goes even further. Think Lord of the Rings. Chris Hemsworth looks like Viggo Mortensen’s Aragorn emerging from a meeting with the Ents. Stewart is Liv Tyler-y elvish in a more lush locale. And who is Theron but a distaff Saruman? Take a look and tell us what you think about Snow White’s brave new world. READ FULL STORY »

So how’s it feel to get your hand and foot prints immortalized forever at the famed Grauman’s Chinese Theater in the heart of Hollywood? “Not only was I wearing shoes too big for me, but I put my hands in the wrong place so I’m going to have the most stupid-looking prints,” Robert Pattinson told EW shortly after the ceremony this morning. “It’s going to look like a yeti.” (Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner pointed out that Pattinson’s feet were askew as well.)  READ FULL STORY »
