'Transformers: Age of Extinction' Super Bowl spot: Dinobots! Galvatron? -- VIDEO

Forget going medieval — the Transformers are going pre-historic.

Even when you see the finished movie, it can be hard to comprehend exactly just went down in a Transformers film. A short Super Bowl spot is even harder to figure out, although that’s probably by design.

Transformers: Age of Extinction dropped a great big heaping wallop of metal-on-metal ass-kicking on Sunday, with a few clues about some of the new robot characters that may tantalize kids who grew up on the ’80s TV cartoon.

Let’s see if we can take a few guesses at what we’re seeing …

Here’s the pre-Super Bowl Amazing Spider-Man 2 teaser in three stage-setting quotes:

“You wanted to be the hero. Now you got to pay the price.” — Electro

“Nothing is what I thought it was.” — Peter Parker

“This is bigger than you, Peter.” — Gwen Stacy

'Draft Day' Super Bowl clip: Kevin Costner is about to rebuild the Browns -- VIDEO


The Cleveland Browns have never reached the Super Bowl, but they’ll pop up on television this Sunday during the commercial teaser for Draft Day, the Kevin Costner movie that hopes to be football’s version of Moneyball. The sports-movie icon plays Sonny Weaver Jr., the embattled general manager of the mediocre Browns, who have an opportunity to trade up for the No. 1 pick.

Jennifer Garner plays the team’s salary-cap guru — and Sonny’s girlfriend — Denis Leary is a coach somewhat modeled after Barry Switzer, and Frank Langella is the team’s spotlight-hungry owner. Ivan Reitman directed the movie from a Black List script written by Scott Rothman and Rajiv Joseph.

'Iron Man 3': Watch the extended Super Bowl teaser here -- VIDEO

Oz is coming to the Super Bowl.

Disney’s Oz the Great and Powerful — starring the enviably attractive medley of James Franco and Mila Kunis, Rachel Weisz, and Michelle Williams as three witches – is offering up a tiny online morsel sneak peek of a commercial that will show during the telecast of this Sunday’s Super Bowl game. The movie hits theaters March 8.

Check out the quick video, below, showing Franco as circus magician Oscar Diggs in a hot air balloon sucked from black-and-white hued Kansas into the vibrantly colorful Land of Oz, screaming all the way. “Am I dreaming?” he says. “You’re in Oz,” responds Kunis as witch Theodora, her long hair glistening over one eye like a ’40s glamor queen.
