so what you’re saying is that the best actress award goes to the person who runs the best campaign for that actress, not the actress herself. Oh, poor Anne Hathway doesn’t stand a chance, even if she did out act all of the other nominees.
Meryl was brilliant in Doubt. She earned the Oscar for that role.
She also earned it in A Cry In The Dark, Silkwood, Bridges of Madison County, The Devil Wears Prada, Adaptation, One True Thing and Ironweed.
When are they going to stop screwing her out of the Oscar? She is the Best Actress of all times and all she has got to show for it is 1 Lead and 1 Supporting?
The over-rated Katherine Heptburn has 4 Lead Oscar and Meryl Streep only 1 Lead?????!!!!!
Give me a break already and award this great actress so that finally she would have the record to reflect the great work that she has consistently turned in from time to time.
I know dogs with better records!
