The second trailer for The Lincoln Lawyer, a thriller out in March starring Matthew McConaughey as a lawyer who lands a tricky murder case, is doing rounds and it looks… good. Like actually good, not bad good. There’s a biker and a murder trial and a quirky office space and all sorts of other interesting plot points. Plus, it co-stars William H. Macy and Marisa Tomei, both of whom pick consistently solid projects.

I love legal thrillers. Wish more Grishams were being made now. Connelly is great too. This looks fantastic. MM is a better actor that people give him credit for. See Time to Kill and Amistad. Also nice to see his Sahara co-star William Macy back working with him again. I’m looking forward to this. I hope it’s a hit. This is the kind of film I was raised on.

Wow! The trailer actually does look really good. Plus, there are some big names of truly talented and reliable actors in the film. Matthew McConaughey’s character sort of brings me back to the movie adaptation Grisham’s “A Time To Kill.” MM was good in that. I bet he’s great in this as well.
A Time to Kill is without a doubt one of my favorite MM movies. And just movies period.
I think this movie looks really good and it’s good to see MM in a serious role. Another role I thought he was great in was in Tropic Thunder.
I thin this movie looks good. After seeing the trailer, I went and got the book. Just finished the book. It was a solid read and now I am excited to see the fil,m version.
mm is great sahara, time to kill, have you seen “Amistad” he’s a lawyer there too. never can tell from a trailer, but if its got mm in it, its worth a ten dollar gamble.
