James Gray, the writer/director behind Two Lovers and We Own the Night, is set to direct The Gray Man, according to Deadline. It’s an adaptation of Mark Greaney’s novel, a thriller about a former CIA operative-turned-assassin who must outwit and outrun teams of killers as he travels across Europe. Gray plans to shoot the film from the assassin’s point of view, to set it apart from other, similar movies like the Bourne trilogy.
