Rob Pattinson will have to find a new leading lady: Marion Cotillard’s rep confirms to EW that the actress is no longer attached to David Cronenberg’s adaptation of the Don DeLillo novel, which follows a financial whiz who’s sidetracked on his way to get a haircut. The reason? Though some outlets point to Cotillard’s recently announced pregnancy, her rep insists that she no longer could participate in the film due to scheduling conflicts. (The actress is currently filming Steven Soderbergh’s Contagion.)
Cotillard isn’t the only actor to have left the project. Colin Farrell was originally attached to play the leading role in the feature, but was replaced by Pattinson when he dropped out. As for Cotillard’s replacement: Internet rumors claim Keira Knightley will fill the Inception actress’ shoes, but Knightley’s rep told EW that nothing could be confirmed at this time.

Robert Pattinson to star in David Cronenberg’s ‘Cosmopolis.’ Why am I wishing he’d Twi-lighten up?

I hope it will be RPattz and Keira movie
I like the idea of Keira taking over. She’s closer in age to Pattinson and the character in the book.
She and Natalie Portman are two of the most overrated actresses in Hollywood.
i like keira, and she is closer to the wifes age. if she gets the part then good for her. she just got done with another cronenberg movie.
I like the idea of Rob and Keira in a movie together, the fact that they look like each other will add some ambiguity.
