i thought after watching the beaver it was an incredible movie, then i researched the movies success only a moron after studying statistics would see the jewish hollywood has shot down a film, One day i imagine will be heard in the same sentence as shawshank redemption, shame on you zionist terrorist stste you control the new worl not vice versa .
It’s been a long time since I have had to rewind a movie four time just to hear the lines again because they were so poignant. Mel Gibson gives an Oscar winning performance, at least an Oscar nominated performance as man inflicted with mental illness. Jody Foster is as always superb, she always just sits back and waits for the “great stuff”. Anyway, “The Beaver” is extraordinary! Anita
Lets face it. No one really makes good movies anymore and most viewers are not really interested in a good movie. Gibson did what he always does. He made a good movie. Good for you Mel.
When people stop making movies simply to attract the attention of the lowest common denominator, Then I will start to pay attention to the box office draw. Gibson and Foster are simply awesome.
Hollywood cranks out garbage. Gibson shines in this movie.

I have been watching movies for over 50 yrs and sadly this is the worst film both my husband and I have ever seen. This show gives a poor message to the young and the mother in the show shows irresponsibility in not leaving her husband for the sake of the children. There are so many aspects of this show that just speaks of stupidity that it is beyond words. It does nothing to point to the suffering of mental illness, just one over paid man that is self destructive and has little respect for the people how put him at the top. In my opinion the money for this film would have been better spent going towards the broken economy of the people of the U.S.

Don’t believe all you read, “The Beaver” is a thought provoking, beautifully written, well acted film. If you’re fed up with seeing the usual run of the mill stuff, then watch this film. I loved it, my husband; who usually hates emotional films, loved it too. In fact, it was my husband who recommended it and if he does that, I know it’s good!
