Check out the poster for 'Human Centipede 2': It's got legs!

Writer-director Tom Six’s already infamous horror sequel Human Centipede 2 (Full Sequence) received its world premiere last night at Fantastic Fest in Austin, Texas. According to one review, the movie “redefines the word ‘disgusting,‘” which I suspect Mr. Six will take as a compliment. The film’s distributors IFC have also released a poster for HC2, which is actually rather tasteful — at least, compared to pretty much everything else connected with this franchise — but is still just NSFW-ish enough that we felt it best to place the sucker after the jump.

Take a look and tell us what you think.

      • EW Morons

Oh no. Rich people are so evil. Nothing is fair. Why won’t they share all of their stolen money? Why do I have to work for a living? Life should be more fair. Give me your money so I can stay at home and watch TV. Yes, they are evil. I know better. I pontificate on EW. Now that’s a forum for change. Great place for a political comment.

  • Um yeah

Okay. I read that review and I was nauseated. Tom Six must have a fetish for this sick kind of behavior and anyone who is willing to share a bed with him night after night should sleep with one eye opened.

  • Liz Lemon

I just got sick to my stomach just from looking at the poster. There’s no way in hell I’m watching this. The first one was enough.

  • LOL

    America loves crap.

  • MichaelD1026

The first one was ridiculous; this one looks over the top.

    • Ahmed

Wow… this one really gets me with the ruxtete and the balance of elements in the composition! re your back: have you considered adding a yoga practice to your busy day:) There are great exercises to counteract all the hunched-over positions you get from drawing.

  • LS

EW – you should not be including this type of stuff on your website. How can you have Sesame Street on one link, and this on another. This is flat out foul. I’m so disappointed the amount of time you’ve already given to these 2 movies.

    • Ryan

I didn’t see the first one, I probably won’t see this one, but it IS entertainment for some people… and it happened this week. Fits to me.

    • Mr and Miss Piggy

That’s a great idea! “The Muppet Centipede”

The new range times for using your own golf balls are very restrictive, more so than last year. I ssggeut that we should go back to the last year’s times.John Williams

Is it possible for all theatre owners to take down the name and addresses of anyone who would pay money to see this crap? I really think anyone interested is not playing with a full deck.

    • marcusandstevi

Oh. So you saw it and can review it, then? If not, you’re a psychic and should have a very worthwhile career.

      • Dubey

thanks for the amazing time in Regina can’t wait for your next Saskatoon gig the AM ctnmumioy radio show used to play bedhead on a regular basis putting a smile on my face as I drove to work sadly didn’t know it was you Safe travels new fan from Stoon

    • John

Mia, if you feel so strongly about this… why did you click on the link? Do you routinely click on stories about things you care nothing about or for?

      • jj

people do all the time, john. for some reason some folks seem to think that the only comments written on message boards should be complimentary. why? what world do you live in that only has positivity in it? only a delusional person would think that everything and everyone is positive all the time. and since you imply that you are a fan of this depraved film, i would think you’d be aware of the negativity that exists in the world. just saying…

    • Cris

Mia, some would say the same about people who paid money to see Eat, Pray, Love. To each their own. As long as someone doesn’t get inspired to try this in their hometown, if that’s what they like, it doesn’t affect me one way or the other.

  • Pinchy McPunam

Actually, it’s kind of bad-ass. Looks like a metal album cover…
…and I’m sure that this piece of mastery will be just as choice as the first cinematic masterpiece. The acting! The screenwriting! The fecal sharing!
    *polite golf clap*

  • Your Mom

I LOVE horror movies, but the first one wasn’t even that gory and was clearly some dude’s wet dream come to life and therefore only entertaining to him. My hats of to Tom Six for getting his crap produced, but seriously make an engaging movie. This won’t be. And anyone who says bad things about you Tom Six – well they’re right.

  • Jack Be Nimble

I like the disclaimer at the top of the poster, nice touch
    100% Medically Impossible … you don’t say.

  • Ellipsian

I like the embedded review because it gets exactly what 90% of viewers don’t: “The Human Centipede” is a dark comedy. Okay, okay, a “pitch-black comedy” is way more accurate, but it IS, nonetheless. The first time I watched, alone, terrified. (Though the movie is rarely scary graphically…the real terror comes in the days after as you think about all the implications of what being in a human centipede would really mean. The mind BOGGLES.) Upon repeat viewings–yes, seriously–the comedy aspect really began to reveal itself and I can’t talk about it now without laughing. “THC2″, however, looks like it’s gone the “Saw” route…ain’t nothin’ funny ’bout that.
